Appointment of two Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors to Oman and Japan

The official gazette, Al-Kuwait Al-Youm, published Decree No. 147 of 2026 appointing Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors. The decree states the following:

Article 1: The following are appointed as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of the State of Kuwait:

1. Mansour Khalid Al-Amr, Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.

2. Muhammad Nasser Al-Hajri, Ambassador to Japan.

Article 2: The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall execute this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the official gazette.
