The Official Gazette “Kuwait Today” published Decree No. 146 of 2026 appointing an ambassador accredited to another country. The decree stipulates the following:
Article One: Abdulaziz Saud Al-Jarallah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is appointed, in addition to his current duties, as Ambassador of the State of Kuwait accredited to the Kingdom of Norway.
Article Two: The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
