Al-Aman team reviews the crisis and emergency management system in the United Kingdom
The working team tasked with establishing the National Center for Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management (Aman) visited the UK Cabinet Office Briefing Rooms (COBR) to examine the United Kingdom’s crisis and emergency management system, inter-agency coordination mechanisms, and decision-support processes during crises and major incidents.
In a press statement, the team said the visit featured extensive discussions and an exchange of inquiries regarding operational, coordination, and crisis-response mechanisms. The British side provided an overview of key procedures, established practices, and lessons learned in this field.
