Representative of His Highness the Crown Prince Heads to the United States to Lead Kuwait's Delegation to the UN General Assembly

By God’s grace and protection, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, the Crown Prince, representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, and the official delegation accompanying him, departed the country this morning for the friendly United States of America, to lead the State of Kuwait’s delegation to the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, to be held in New York City.

His Highness was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, Prime Minister; Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud, Commander of the National Guard; Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs; Sharidh Al-Muwasharji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs; Sheikh Thamer Al-Jaber, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan; Sheikh M. Hamad Al-Mubarak, Chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation; and other senior officials.

Accompanying His Highness is an official delegation comprising Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Dr. Meshal Al-Jaber, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; and other senior officials.
