"Traffic": Full closure of the Fourth Ring Road from King Faisal Intersection to Damascus Intersection

The General Traffic Department announced the complete closure of the Fourth Ring Road from the intersection with King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road) to the Damascus intersection. Additionally, part of the King Faisal Road intersection will be closed for traffic coming from Al-Jahra towards Al-Salmiya, as well as for U-turns from Al-Salmiya towards Al-Jahra. These closures will be in effect from the early hours of Friday, September 18, 2026, until Sunday, November 8, 2026, to carry out necessary road maintenance.
