National Guard Deputy Minister: Enhancing cooperation and leveraging military and academic expertise

National Guard Deputy Chief of Staff Major General Hamad Al-Burjess affirmed the commitment to strengthening cooperation, exchanging expertise, and leveraging military and academic experience to enhance the capabilities of personnel and elevate performance standards.

This was stated in a press release issued by the National Guard following Major General Al-Burjess’s reception, at his office in the General Headquarters of the National Guard, of a delegation from the Rawaq Center for Political and Strategic Consultations, accompanied by Major General Abdullah Saleh, Commander of Military and Security Affairs.

The release added that the delegation included former Chief of Staff of the Army, retired First Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Khadir; former Deputy Chief of the Army Operations Directorate, retired Major General Muhammad Al-Kandari; and Professor of Political Science, Dr. Istiqlal Al-Azami.

The release noted that, as part of the visit, the guests participated in a discussion forum on regional conditions and developments, organized by the Leaders’ Preparation Center at the National Guard Forces Training Institute, with the aim of enhancing awareness of regional changes and their implications, and benefiting from specialized expertise in this field.
