"Fire Department": 16 administrative closures and two closure warnings issued to non-compliant establishments during an inspection campaign in Al-Ahmadi

The Al-Ahmad Governorate’s Prevention Department conducted a joint inspection campaign in the Al-Fahaheel Industrial Area, in coordination with several government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Environment, and the Technical Inspection Department.

In a press statement, the Fire and Civil Defense Department said the campaign aims to strengthen field oversight, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements, identify violations, and take necessary legal action against violators.

It added that the campaign resulted in the issuance of 27 notices, the implementation of 16 administrative closures, and the issuance of two closure warnings to non-compliant establishments.

The statement clarified that these campaigns are part of the efforts by the Al-Ahmad Governorate’s Prevention Department and participating government entities to enhance oversight and compliance, reduce violations, and improve safety and regulatory standards in the governorate’s industrial areas.
