Kuwait Finance House (KFH) continues its commitment to supporting national efforts aimed at enhancing community security and safety. It is actively participating in the national awareness campaign “Waqaya.. Wa Aman” (Prevention and Safety), coinciding with the start of the new academic year, as part of a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education.
The campaign seeks to raise security and traffic awareness among students and parents, and to instill preventive behaviors that contribute to protecting children and enhancing their safety, thereby positively impacting society.
This participation extends KFH’s approach of adopting national initiatives with a sustainable impact and supporting joint efforts to build a more aware and secure society.
In this context, a KFH team was present in several schools across various governorates of Kuwait to participate in awareness activities accompanying the launch of the academic year. Gifts were distributed, and awareness messages and guidelines were provided, highlighting the importance of adhering to traffic safety rules and promoting security culture among students and parents, which positively reflects on society as a whole.
KFH is keen to participate in and support this campaign annually, coinciding with the start of the academic year, driven by its social responsibility and belief in the importance of disseminating security and traffic awareness among various segments of society, particularly students and parents, as key partners in embedding concepts of safety and prevention.
The “Waqaya Wa Aman” campaign embodies a pioneering model of effective partnership and fruitful integration between public and private sector institutions. Its continuity over the years reflects the importance of unifying national efforts and enhancing cooperation between government entities and private sector institutions to achieve common goals in the fields of awareness and prevention.
The campaign also contributes to embedding a culture of security, safety, and social responsibility, in line with the pillars of Kuwait’s development vision, which aims to build a more aware, secure, and sustainable society, and to strengthen community partnership in supporting priority national issues.
KFH continues its leading role in supporting purposeful community and awareness initiatives, alongside its ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering students and youth, based on its belief that they are the fundamental pillar of human development and a central axis in building a sustainable future.
KFH is one of the largest supporters of student and youth programs and activities, through quality initiatives that contribute to developing youth capabilities, honing their skills, and enhancing their readiness for future requirements. This reinforces their role as active partners in the journey of development and community progress, and contributes to building generations capable of leading the path of progress and innovation toward a more prosperous future.
