Ministry of Health: Notification to the 'employer' directly regarding the employee's sick leave via 'ESS'

Abdul Karim Al-Abdullah: Al-Anbaa learned that the “MOH ESS” system now sends a notification to the direct supervisor when an employee takes sick leave, as part of the approved electronic procedures for organizing and monitoring work and leave.

According to health sources, the system sends a notification to the supervisor indicating that the employee has taken sick leave, enabling the relevant authority to view and monitor it electronically. This contributes to speeding up administrative procedures and eliminating paper-based processes in this regard, as well as organizing and streamlining work. The sources noted that this step is part of the expansion of electronic services for Ministry of Health employees and the enhancement of electronic integration in administrative and functional procedures.
