Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Appointed as Acting Minister of Commerce

Today, a decree was issued accepting the resignation of Minister of Commerce and Industry Osama Khaled Abdullah Boudi and appointing Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment Abdulaziz Nasser Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq as Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry. The text of the decree is as follows:

Article One: The resignation of Osama Khaled Abdullah Boudi, Minister of Commerce and Industry, is accepted.

Article Two: Abdulaziz Nasser Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, is appointed, in addition to his current duties, as Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry.

Article Three: The Prime Minister is tasked with implementing this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
