Asian national arrested with a bag of "Shabu" in Farwaniya

Kuwait officials: Patrol officers from the Al-Farwaniya Security Directorate arrested an Asian national in possession of drugs in the Al-Farwaniya area yesterday morning. According to a source, during a routine patrol by a support unit of the Al-Farwaniya Security Directorate yesterday morning in the Al-Farwaniya area, officers became suspicious of a man walking on foot. Upon spotting the police patrol, the man fled and hid among parked vehicles. After a search, he was found concealed beneath one of the cars. An inquiry revealed that he was Asian, and a precautionary search of his person uncovered a bag containing methamphetamine. He and the seized items were subsequently referred to the General Directorate for Combating Drugs.
