“The Gulf After the War..?” at the Arab Media Summit

The Arab Media Forum is hosting a panel discussion titled “The Gulf After the War: What Has Changed?” as part of the Arab Media Summit events on the 15th of this month, with the participation of a select group of journalists, writers, and analysts from the region. The session will be moderated by journalist Chantal Saliba of Sky News Arabia, and will feature Dr. Issa Al-Amiri, writer and analyst; poet, writer, and journalist Susan Al-Shaer; and Mohammed Al-Arabi, president of the Omani Journalists Association. The discussion will examine the transformations that have taken place in the Gulf region in the post-war period, and the repercussions of political and security developments on the Gulf landscape, alongside an analysis of the new variables that have imposed themselves on the media, society, and regional relations. The session is part of the Arab Media Summit program, which brings together a distinguished group of journalists, intellectuals, and content creators to discuss media issues and the transformations the region is undergoing, in an effort to analyze the Gulf landscape from multiple media and intellectual perspectives.
