The Islamic Awareness Committee, affiliated with the Al-Najah Charity Association, has launched the fifth electronic cultural competition for new Muslims, which the committee dedicates to new male and female converts of various non-Arab nationalities. Dr. Walid Al-Shaiji, a member of the committee’s board of trustees, stated that this competition is part of the committee’s ongoing efforts to instill the concepts of the noble religion in the hearts and minds of new converts and to spread cultural and Islamic scholarly knowledge among them. Dr. Al-Shaiji added that the fifth electronic competition centers on a module titled “The Meaning and Word of Tawhid (Monotheism),” which is translated into nine languages and excerpted from the book “This Is My Way.” Regarding the participation mechanism, he noted that the committee has provided an electronic link in several languages containing the educational material, allowing participants to read the material, benefit from its content, and then answer the associated questions.
