Five arrested for exploiting an agricultural plot with illegal activities in Kabd
The Criminal Security Sector, represented by the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations, arrested five individuals who misused an agricultural plot in the Kabd area for purposes other than those designated, using it to manufacture and store food and consumer goods illegally. A statement from the Ministry of Interior clarified that the raid, conducted in coordination with relevant authorities, resulted in the seizure of machinery and equipment for manufacturing scented and plain paper towels, paper cups, and labels, as well as food and consumer products and packaging materials. The statement further noted that the seized items were destroyed in coordination with the competent authorities, and the suspects were referred to the appropriate jurisdiction to take the necessary legal action against them. It emphasized that any possession proven to be used for purposes other than those intended would be revoked.
