Iraqi President Condemns Attacks on Saudi Arabia

Iraqi President Nizar al-Amidi expressed his strong condemnation on Saturday of the attacks targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affirming his country’s rejection of the use of its territory or airspace as a launching pad for attacks against neighboring states.

In a statement, the Iraqi president emphasized that all legal measures would be taken against anyone proven to be involved or responsible, ensuring that such attacks are not repeated.

He noted that Iraq is committed to its relations with Saudi Arabia and all neighboring countries, and to consolidating security and stability, as well as protecting the interests of the region’s peoples, free from any practices that could jeopardize these relations or harm Iraq’s security and stability.
