Dara Wins the DG Awards

Artist Doura Zarouq was awarded the DG Awards, in recognition of her performance in the series “Ali Klai,” which she starred in during the Ramadan drama season, portraying the character “Maya Al-Dinari.” The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on the 18th of this month, attended by a select group of art and media stars and public figures. Doura drew attention during the series with a character that combined strength and human depth, as her dramatic arc unfolded, earning her widespread acclaim and public engagement across social media platforms. “Ali Klai” also stars Ahmed Al-Awadi, Mahmoud Al-Bazzawi, Entissar, Essam El-Sagheer, Yara Al-Sikri, Mohamed Tharwat, Reem Samy, and a number of other artists. The series was written by Mahmoud Hamdan, directed by Mohamed Abdel Salam, and produced by Energy Company.
