Aman Team Inspects Swiss Experience in Crisis and Emergency Management

The team responsible for establishing the National Center for Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Management (AMAN) visited the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC) of the Swiss Federal Office for Civil Protection (FOCP) to observe the crisis and emergency management system, coordination mechanisms, information exchange, and decision-support processes at the national level. In a press statement, the AMAN team said the visit was part of its program to study international experiences and learn from best practices in crisis and disaster management, thereby supporting efforts to establish the center and the national crisis and risk management system in the State of Kuwait. The AMAN team, under the Council of Ministers, is tasked with establishing a comprehensive national emergency and disaster management system, unifying national efforts, and building an integrated framework for risk management to enhance readiness and response to crises.
