Al-Huwail: Developing services and improving the work environment to contribute to the quality of services provided to persons with disabilities

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Hawila, accompanied by the Director General of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities Dr. Dalal Al-Othman and several senior officials of the Authority, conducted an inspection tour at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities to review operational progress and monitor the level of services provided to clients and beneficiaries.
During the tour, the Minister listened to briefings on work mechanisms across various departments and sections. She also reviewed the procedures for receiving clients and processing their cases, emphasizing the importance of developing services and improving the work environment to positively impact the quality of service delivered to persons with disabilities.
Al-Hawila stressed the need to expedite decisions on educational matters and process beneficiaries’ cases without delay, while facilitating procedures and removing any obstacles that may hinder clients, ensuring they receive services efficiently and promptly.
She also directed that the operations within the Authority’s halls be continuously monitored, institutional performance be elevated, and service delivery mechanisms be developed, thereby contributing to enhanced beneficiary satisfaction and achieving the highest standards of quality in government services.
