This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive banking experience that elevates service levels in terms of security and efficiency, thereby reinforcing the bank’s leading position in digital transformation and its adoption of innovation in delivering modern financial and banking solutions. It also adds real value to the experience of customers seeking speed and convenience in conducting their transactions.

KFH is keen on expanding the presence of its smart branches in the following locations: The Avenues, Ischibilia Association, Jabriya Association, Manqaf Association, Shuwaikh Exhibition, Sabah Al-Ahmad Association, Salam Association, Abu Futeira Association, Al-Khiran Branch, and Abdullah Al-Salem Suburb Branch. The bank seeks to increase the number of these smart branches to meet customer needs across most areas of Kuwait, given their continuous success and ease of use.

KFH continues its efforts to enhance service delivery channels, whether through smart branches, the KFHOnline application, social media platforms, and many other alternative channels to traditional banking. Customers can benefit from a comprehensive package of interactive banking services easily, quickly, and securely through electronic branches located in various areas across Kuwait. These services include creating Murabaha transactions, requesting credit and prepaid cards, instantly reprinting credit and prepaid cards, and instantly issuing ATM cards. Additionally, they offer cash withdrawal and deposit services, check deposits (with or without a card, using a phone number, civil ID, or QR code).

Electronic branches also allow customers to inquire about their balance, obtain account statements, perform transfers between personal accounts, to KFH beneficiaries, or to other banks, request and instantly print checkbooks, open accounts and deposits, change or reset passwords if forgotten, donate to charitable committees, transfer funds to credit cards, activate bank cards, update customer information (KYC), and update the civil ID expiry date via the civil ID or through authentication using the “Huwiti” application.

Furthermore, electronic branches provide gold-related services, including opening a gold account, buying and selling gold, inquiring about balances, obtaining statements, and receiving 10-gram gold bars. They also offer the opening of Savings, Rabbah, Hadath, and ATM accounts, among other banking and financing services that contribute to enhancing the customer experience and meeting their needs through advanced digital channels.

It is worth noting that KFH has comprehensively updated its ATMs and the KFHOnline application with a modern design and smart banking services, reaffirming its leadership in digital innovation. KFHOnline offers more than 200 digital banking services. These digital banking services include the instant issuance of prepaid virtual cards, displaying PINs and details for credit and ATM cards, opening an additional bank account without visiting a branch in Kuwaiti Dinar and various Gulf and foreign currencies, activating new bank cards, temporarily blocking bank cards, changing usage limits for ATM, prepaid, and credit cards, customizing the design of eligible bank cards to match customer preferences, updating the customer’s mobile number, creating deposits, paying bills for various telecommunications companies, adding beneficiaries, inquiring about balances, requesting checkbooks, opening gold accounts, conducting gold buy, sell, trade, and gift transactions, requesting financing, viewing financing obligations and installment counts, reviewing investment plans, obtaining account and deposit balance summaries, and managing children’s accounts, among many other electronic banking services.
