Video: Salibiyah Customs Inspectors Foil Attempt to Smuggle Alcoholic Beverages Inside a Truck

Inspectors from the General Administration of Customs, monitoring the vegetable market inspection, seized a quantity of alcoholic beverages during an inspection of a truck at the vegetable market inspection post under the Salwa Customs Administration. The inspection operation resulted in the seizure of 11 bottles of alcoholic beverage and another drink. The Administration confirmed that the discovery of the seized items was due to the customs officers’ professional intuition, vigilance, and diligence during routine inspection procedures. Accordingly, contact was made with the Customs Investigation and Inquiry Administration, and coordination was established with the General Administration for Combating Narcotics at the Ministry of Interior to take the necessary legal actions regarding the incident and the seized items.
