Kuwait condemns the illegal entry of the Israeli Prime Minister into Syria: a blatant violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait’s strongest condemnation of the illegal entry of the Israeli occupation prime minister into the territory of the sister Arab Republic of Syria, in a blatant violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a flagrant breach of international law.
The Ministry emphasized that the continued incursions and attacks by the Israeli occupation within Syrian territory constitute an escalation that undermines peace and stability in the region.
The Ministry reaffirmed Kuwait’s full support for the independence and sovereignty of the sister Arab Republic of Syria over all its territories, and stressed the necessity for the Security Council to fulfill its responsibilities to halt these attacks and ensure compliance with relevant resolutions of international legitimacy, while underscoring the imperative to respect the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.
