Kuwait Television remains committed to offering distinctive content to its audience, even though viewers’ habits and ways of watching have changed amid rapid shifts around us. Viewers no longer wait for a specific time to watch a program or series on screen; instead, they move between television, YouTube, digital platforms, and social media, seeking new ideas that resonate with them and content that feels close to their lives.
Kuwait Television possesses assets that many regional television stations lack: history, memory, art, theater, sports, drama, and archives, along with a substantial record of experiences and successes that have become part of Kuwaiti society’s collective memory. These elements can serve as a strong foundation for keeping pace with changes and retaining Kuwait Television’s viewers and fans, especially since Kuwait is rich in talent, ideas, and stories that simply need a genuine opportunity to present themselves and serve the country.
What is lacking today is not history, potential, or talent, but rather a robust programming project that rebuilds the relationship between the television and its audience—a project that helps viewers reconnect with the screen they love, and one that speaks to a new generation for whom the screen is no longer the sole source of content.
