The Amir congratulates the Head of State of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on its National Day

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency President Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Head of State, and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, conveying his sincere congratulations on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
