Commercial Bank Organizes a Career Day in Collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower

Kuwait Commercial Bank recently organized a job fair in collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower, as part of its corporate social responsibility and its commitment to providing employment opportunities for recent Kuwaiti graduates. The event was held in recognition of the bank’s belief in the importance of developing the capabilities and potential of ambitious Kuwaiti youth, and in providing them with multiple opportunities to work in the private sector in general, and in the banking sector and Kuwait Commercial Bank in particular.

Commenting on the bank’s organization of the job fair, Sadiq Al-Abdullah, Director of the Human Resources Sector, said: “Kuwait Commercial Bank is keen to organize such events and job forums, which offer a favorable opportunity to engage with ambitious Kuwaiti youth seeking distinguished employment opportunities and wishing to join the bank’s family.”

He further explained that the bank places Kuwaiti youth at the center of its attention, viewing investment in human capital as a key contributor to sustainable national and citizen development. Accordingly, the bank works to attract, prepare, and train ambitious Kuwaiti youth to work across all sectors and departments of the bank, in line with its strategy to increase the proportion of national workforce and foster a promising generation of new Kuwaiti bankers, underpinned by the bank’s mission to build the future together.

The human resources team received job applicants, presented available employment opportunities, and provided information on vacant positions within the bank. Personal interviews were then conducted with applicants, after which the Human Resources Sector will follow up with them to complete the procedures related to final interviews and recruitment.
