At the opening ceremony, Anwar Al-Riziqi, chairman of the association’s board of directors and festival director, said: “This festival aims to serve as a space for Arab encounter and creative exchange, a platform for cinematic talents and experiences, and an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and collaboration among filmmakers from around the world.”
