Omani Sultan and Rwandan President Discuss Cooperation and Joint Investment in Salalah

Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman and Rwandan President Paul Kagame discussed cooperation and investment between the two countries across various sectors and fields, in ways that serve their mutual interests. The Oman News Agency reported on Monday that this took place during an extensive round of talks held by both sides at Al-Hosn Palace in Salalah, in Oman’s Dhofar Governorate, where the Rwandan president and his accompanying delegation are on an official visit. The agency noted that they discussed areas of cooperation and investment in mining, renewable energy, food security, dry ports, logistics, and the health sector, with the aim of strengthening investment ties between the two countries.
