Champion Hamad Khaled bin Mutai secured the bronze medal at the Asian Continental Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which was held over three days in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Hamad excelled in his bouts, reaching the podium and earning the bronze medal in a tournament that saw participation from more than 2,000 athletes representing 90 countries. Kuwait finished third in the overall country standings at the conclusion of the championship, with a total of 107,440 points, while the United Arab Emirates topped the rankings with 568,100 points, ahead of Brazil, which took second place with 153,200 points.
