Kuwait Finance House Wins 7 Prestigious Human Resources Awards from the Global Stevie Awards and the Talent Development Association
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group secured seven prestigious awards in the field of human resources, including five awards at the 23rd edition of the global Stevie Awards in 2026, and two awards from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). This new achievement reflects the Group’s commitment to developing a distinguished work environment and enhancing its innovative HR practices, thereby supporting and empowering its employees and consolidating a corporate culture based on continuous development.
The Stevie Awards received were:
- The Award for Extensive Use of Employee Analytics and Data.
- The Award for Achievement in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Standards.
- The Award for Employee Experience Development and Internal Career Mobility.
- The Award for the Talent Acquisition and Attraction System, won by Kuwait Turk.
- The Award for the AI-Enabled English Language Skills Development Platform, won by Kuwait Turk.
The ATD Awards received were:
- The Award for AI-Enabled Learning Development, within the Middle East Excellence Awards, won by Kuwait Turk.
- The Award for the Talent Acquisition Center, within the Middle East Excellence Awards, won by Kuwait Turk.
These awards recognize the extensive use of data and analytics in human resources to support decisions regarding employees and talent. This represents a significant shift in how data is leveraged in human capital management, facilitating more effective decision-making. They also underscore the Bank’s excellence in integrating sustainability principles into the Group’s corporate operations and long-term strategy, as well as reflecting its success in developing a comprehensive journey that begins with attracting talent and extends to empowering them to discover opportunities for growth and internal career mobility within the Group.
