Revocation of Kuwaiti Citizenship from Three Individuals

Decree No. 137 of 2026 was issued in the Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” revoking Kuwaiti citizenship from three individuals. Article One of the decree states: “Kuwaiti citizenship certificates are revoked from three individuals, and Kuwaiti citizenship acquired by dependency from the holders of those certificates is also revoked.” Article Two stipulates: “The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior shall execute this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.”
