The Commercial Bank Strengthens Institutional Partnerships and Signs an Electronic Linkage Protocol with Al-Ittehad Bank

Kuwait Commercial Bank announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank, aimed at strengthening electronic connectivity between the two parties. This initiative enables Kuwait Commercial Bank customers to benefit from a more convenient and efficient mechanism for executing transfers and monthly deductions related to housing loans provided by Kuwait Credit Bank.
The partnership protocol was signed in the presence of Ilham Mahfouz, Head of the Executive Board at Kuwait Commercial Bank; Sultan Al-Dabbous, Acting General Manager at Kuwait Credit Bank; Abdulaziz Al-Zayani, General Manager of the Retail Banking Sector at Kuwait Commercial Bank; and numerous senior executives from both banks.
Commenting on the occasion, Ilham Mahfouz stated, “Our signing of the partnership protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank reflects our commitment to developing cooperation frameworks with government and national institutions, thereby supporting the digital transformation journey in the banking sector and aligning with customers’ aspirations for faster and smoother services.” She emphasized that Kuwait Commercial Bank is keen to continue developing its banking service ecosystem and leveraging digital solutions to simplify procedures and enhance operational efficiency, alongside strengthening cooperation with national institutions to deliver added value to customers.
She further affirmed that the electronic linkage between Kuwait Commercial Bank and Kuwait Credit Bank will help save customers’ time and effort by facilitating procedures related to transfers and monthly deductions. This, in turn, will enhance the efficiency and reliability of providing flexible digital banking services, improving the overall customer banking experience, and highlighting the importance of collaboration between national institutions and commercial banks to deliver more efficient and effective services that benefit the broader banking sector.
For his part, Abdulaziz Al-Zayani noted that the cooperation with Kuwait Credit Bank extends Kuwait Commercial Bank’s efforts to develop electronic connectivity with banks and government institutions in the country, thereby accelerating transaction processing and providing more efficient services to customers. He highlighted that this partnership serves as a model of collaboration between the public and private sectors, and reaffirmed that Kuwait Commercial Bank continues its successful journey in digital excellence, contributing to the improvement of banking service quality for various customer segments.
