Starting from the 20th of this month... 15,000 housing units to be offered under the "Rent-to-Own" system
Cairo – Nadeh Imam: The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Fund, under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the launch of 15,000 residential units in several new cities and governorates, offered under a rent-to-own scheme, starting on Sunday, September 20.
The Fund clarified that the residential units available in the new cities include sizes up to 90 square meters in each of: New October, 15 May, New Obour, New Borg El Arab, Sadat City, New Nubaria, New Fayoum, New Minya, New Assiut, New Sohag, New Akhmim, New Qena, New Thebes, New Aswan, and West Qena.
As for the residential units offered in the governorates, they include sizes up to 90 square meters in each of: Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Menofia, Damietta, Ismailia, Suez, Beheira, Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, and Marsa Matruh.
Regarding the residential units offered under the “Hayat Karima” (Decent Life) initiative, they range in size from 96 to 100 square meters in each of: Giza, Menofia, Gharbia, Luxor, Kafr El Sheikh, Qena, Sohag, Beheira, Dakahlia, Minya, and Sharqia.
