Kuwait Investment Company Granted License to Market Shares of Goldman Sachs Sub-Fund

The Capital Markets Authority issued a decision granting a private marketing license to the Kuwait Investment Company for a collective investment scheme established outside Kuwait, to market shares of the Goldman Sachs Alternatives SICAV European Credit sub-fund. According to Decision No. 123 of 2026, the Kuwait Investment Company is licensed to privately market up to 1,500,000 shares (exactly one million five hundred thousand shares) of the Goldman Sachs Alternatives SICAV European Credit sub-fund (European Credit, a sub-fund of Goldman Sachs Alternatives SICAV) within Kuwait. The offering price is variable based on the net asset value (NAV), in addition to a subscription fee of 2% of the subscription amount for shares of Class R1D or R1A. The shares to be marketed in Kuwait are offered exclusively to professional clients, as stipulated in Book One (Definitions) of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities, and its amendments. The entity receiving subscription applications is the Kuwait Investment Company. The objectives of the collective investment scheme are to be determined based on the information contained in the prospectus. The decision specifies that the marketing license is valid for one year, commencing from the date of issuance of the Authority’s license certificate and after payment of the prescribed fees.
