With the presence of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Nader Al-Jalal, the Ministry of Higher Education signed a cooperation agreement with the DataFlow Group, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop procedures for verifying qualifications and academic documents, and to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of services provided to beneficiaries.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education by Deputy Minister Dr. Bader Al-Basiri, in the presence of Abdullah Al-Mousawi, Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Dr. Khaled Al-Barak, Legal Opinion and Studies Inspector, and consultant Khaled Al-Duwaihi. On behalf of the DataFlow Group, it was signed by Chief Operating Officer Sanjeev Agrawal, in the presence of Ravi Hattar, Chief Commercial Officer of the Group.

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Nader Al-Jalal emphasized that signing the agreement with the DataFlow Group aligns with the Ministry’s direction to improve the efficiency of academic qualification verification procedures and expedite their processing, by leveraging specialized expertise and solutions for verifying documents from their original sources.

Al-Jalal noted that the Ministry is expanding its partnerships with specialized international entities, thereby broadening access to sources of certificates and issuing institutions across various countries worldwide, and granting the Ministry greater flexibility in dealing with the diversity of educational systems and academic institutions.

He clarified that the agreement will contribute to developing operational mechanisms and utilizing digital solutions in verification processes, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of their outcomes, thereby supporting the quality of decisions related to academic qualifications.

For his part, Deputy Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bader Al-Basiri affirmed that the agreement will directly impact the efficiency of procedures and services provided to beneficiaries, by shortening the cycle for processing academic certificate verification requests and developing follow-up mechanisms, which will contribute to improving service quality and facilitating procedures related to academic qualifications.

Al-Basiri explained that the Ministry will, in the coming phase, leverage the capabilities offered by the agreement to develop the work environment and enhance the efficiency of processing verification requests, thereby supporting faster response times and strengthening integration between relevant technical and administrative aspects.
