Kuwait's Ministry of Information organizes 20 awareness lectures for its staff

The Ministry of Media is continuing its efforts to develop its employees’ skills and enhance their professional capabilities through the awareness lecture program offered by the Ibn al-Haytham Training Center for the 2026/2027 academic year. The program features a diverse range of topics related to the work environment, administrative development, personal skills, and modern technologies.
The program comprises 20 lectures, beginning on the 9th of this month with a lecture titled “Professional Excellence in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” delivered by Dr. Badour Al-Saqqaf, and running until July 5 of next year. Topics include “Mental Health in the Workplace,” “Smart Retirement,” “Enhancing the Country’s Status in Line with Vision 2035,” “Leadership Personality in the Workplace,” and “The Art of Building Influential Professional Relationships.”
Additionally, the program covers subjects related to social awareness and behavior, career future-building, decision-making, and preparing action plans for applying for supervisory and leadership positions, alongside skills in interpersonal interaction, work quality, persuasion, and the role of artificial intelligence in improving the work environment, culminating in “The Authority of the Confident Speaker” at the program’s conclusion.
The Ministry noted in a statement that the lectures will be held during morning hours, and interested individuals are requested to submit their applications to the Administrative Development and Training Department, due to limited seating capacity.
