Justice Ministry opens a branch for the Executive Authority at the Kuwait Bar Association headquarters during evening hours

AbdulKarim Ahmad: The Ministry of Justice has issued a decision to open an office for the General Administration of Execution at the headquarters of the Kuwait Bar Association during evening hours.
Mubarak Al-Balushi, Deputy Chairman of the Kuwait Bar Association for Training and Development, affirmed that the decision to open the General Administration of Execution office at the association’s headquarters during evening hours, and to provide its services to all governorates of the State of Kuwait, aligns with joint efforts and continuous cooperation between the Bar Association and the Ministry of Justice to develop services provided to lawyers and facilitate litigation and execution procedures.
Al-Balushi explained that this step will contribute to saving time and effort for fellow lawyers, and expand the scope of available services outside official working hours, thereby positively impacting the speed of processing transactions and enhancing the efficiency of services linked to the justice system.
He commended the efforts of Minister of Justice Advisor Nasser Al-Samit, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice Awatef Al-Sand, and Head of the General Administration of Execution Advisor Abdullah Al-Qasimi, for their continuous cooperation and support for initiatives aimed at facilitating procedures for lawyers and developing the legal and judicial work environment.
He emphasized that the Kuwait Bar Association continues to work and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice and relevant judicial authorities to develop services provided to lawyers, expand the scope of digital transformation and supporting services, in a manner that serves the legal profession and contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the justice system in the State of Kuwait.
