Minister of Public Works Visits Sultanate of Oman and Inspects Capabilities of Duqm Port

Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan visited the Sultanate of Oman, where she was received at the Duqm Port by Omani Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology Eng. Saeed bin Hamoud Al-Maawali, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Transport, Eng. Khamis bin Mohammed Al-Shammakhi.

The visit comes as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between Kuwait and the Sultanate of Oman in the transport and logistics sector. During the visit, the Minister and her accompanying delegation reviewed the capabilities and integrated infrastructure offered by Duqm Port, which support trade flows and supply chains.

The visit also provided an opportunity to discuss areas of cooperation and exchange expertise between the two sides, thereby enhancing logistical integration and consolidating joint collaboration between Kuwait and the Sultanate of Oman in the transport and logistics sector.
