Prime Minister Discusses Cooperation in Aviation and Air Transport with Airbus President for Africa and the Middle East

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Airways, received Gabriel Simélas, Airbus President for Africa and the Middle East, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country. The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the State of Kuwait and Airbus in the aviation and air transport sectors, leveraging the company’s expertise and advanced capabilities to support the state’s plans to develop this vital sector and improve its efficiency in line with the latest international standards.

Present at the meeting were Sheikh Dr. Meshal Al-Jaber, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority, and Sheikh Khaled Al-Mohammad Al-Khaled, Acting Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah also sent a congratulatory message to President To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory message to King Haakon VII of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of his swearing-in as King of Norway.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah also sent a message of condolence to President Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, conveying his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the President and the friendly French people on the passing of former French Prime Minister Édouard Balladur.
