Ministry of Labour: Ban on working in open-air areas has expired

The Public Authority for Manpower announced the end of the ban on outdoor work, in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 3 of 2006 concerning the regulation of labor in outdoor workplaces during ban periods and unsuitable climatic conditions. In a press statement, the Authority emphasized the necessity for employers to provide a safe working environment and appropriate conditions to protect the safety and health of workers, noting its continued monitoring of compliance with occupational safety and health requirements and the taking of necessary measures against violators.
