American International University Welcomes New Faculty Members in Preparation for the Start of the Academic Semester

In preparation for the start of the 2026/2027 academic semester, the American International University (AIU) welcomed new faculty members during an orientation program designed to introduce them to the academic environment, university culture, policies, and procedures, as well as to familiarize them with the various services, facilities, and resources available on campus.
The orientation program reflects the university’s commitment to providing a comprehensive onboarding experience for new faculty, facilitating their integration into the university community and helping them become acquainted with the various departments, divisions, and services that support academic operations. The program also served as an opportunity to enhance communication and networking among new faculty members and their colleagues, fostering professional and academic relationships based on collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The program included several introductory sessions covering key topics such as human resources policies and procedures, attendance and departure systems, information technology services, safety and facilities, library resources, and academic resources, alongside other university services essential for faculty members to carry out their academic duties.
The events also featured a campus tour, during which new faculty members visited prominent academic and service facilities, helping them become familiar with the university environment and the infrastructure they would use throughout their tenure at the institution.
