Zain League: Al-Salmiya defeats Al-Tadamun 2-0

Nasser Al-Anazi Al-Salmiya secured their first victory by defeating Al-Tadamun 2-0 in the final match of the second round of the Zain Premier League, earning three points. Al-Tadamun remained winless after suffering two consecutive defeats. Al-Salmiya’s “Sky Blue” side scored both goals in the first half through Congolese defender Trezore at the 36th minute and Bahraini striker Abdullah Youssef at the 42nd minute, as they outplayed their opponents. Al-Salmiya coach Ali Ashour deployed an attacking lineup centered on David Sambeisa, Mubarak Al-Finini, and Abdullah Youssef, supported by Mahmoud Al-Aswad in midfield, while Al-Tadamun struggled to complete passes and reach the opponent’s goal. In the second half, both teams exchanged attempts to score after exerting considerable effort. Al-Salmiya missed two chances to extend their lead, while Al-Tadamun’s Aboubacar Dumbuya squandered a golden opportunity in stoppage time at the 92nd minute.
