The Amir receives a written letter from the President of the United Arab Emirates regarding attendance at the UN Water Conference 2026 in December

His Highness Prince Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad received a written letter from his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, President of the United Arab Emirates, inviting him to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the UN Water Conference 2026, which will be hosted by the UAE in partnership with the Republic of Senegal from December 8 to 10 next year.

The letter was delivered to His Highness by Dr. Mutar Hamed Al-Nuaimi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Kuwait.

Attending the meeting were the Director of His Highness the Prince’s Office, Retired Major General Jamal Al-Diab, the Diwan Amiri Undersecretary Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Al-Mubarak, and the Diwan Amiri Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Mazen Al-Eissa.

His Highness Prince Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad also received Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, who presented to him Fawaz Abdullah Boursali, the new head of the Kuwaiti diplomatic mission, as Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Republic of Austria. Boursali took the oath of office before His Highness on the occasion of assuming his new post.
