CNN confirmed, citing unnamed sources, that Driscoll had already tendered his resignation to President Trump, although the White House did not confirm the reports. Earlier, White House spokesperson Anna Kelly praised Driscoll’s significant role in advancing President Trump’s agenda to “make America great again” within the Army Department.
