Egypt condemns Iranian attacks on the UAE and Jordan, reaffirms full solidarity with both

Egypt condemned the renewed Iranian attacks on both the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, warning of the serious repercussions of continued escalation for regional security and stability.
In a statement, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Expressions expressed deep concern over the continuation of these attacks, which pose a direct threat to the security and safety of sister states and their peoples, as well as the serious risks they carry of widening the confrontation and undermining prospects for restoring stability in the region.
Egypt reaffirmed its full solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, emphasizing the necessity of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states, and safeguarding the security and safety of navigation and freedom of movement of ships in maritime straits and passages in accordance with the rules of international law.
It stressed the urgent need to halt the attacks, de-escalate tensions, return to the negotiating table, and allow diplomatic channels to pursue solutions that contribute to restoring security and stability, thereby sparing the region from the risks of a broader confrontation.
