Diwan Al-Siwada: Return of official morning and afternoon working hours in all government entities starting Tuesday, September 1, to the normal schedule

The Civil Service Bureau announced that, with reference to Circular No. (11) of 2026 issued by the Bureau regarding the official working hours during the summer season, which was issued in implementation of the Civil Service Council’s decision taken at its meeting No. (8) of 2026, held on May 14, 2026, and which stipulated in item (7) that the decision would take effect from June 1, 2026, until August 31, 2026, after which the morning and afternoon working hours system would resume as scheduled. The Civil Service Bureau confirmed that the official morning and afternoon working hours system in all government entities would return to the standard schedule starting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations governing this matter.
