Doctor Arrested for Injecting Unlicensed Substances in Her Home

The Public Authority for Manpower, represented by the Labor Inspection Department, monitored a general practitioner advertising on social media platforms the provision of injection services using substances not licensed by the Ministry of Health at her residence in the Musail area. In a statement, the Authority said that, based on surveillance and follow-up activities, it coordinated with the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Criminal Security Sector, and the Ministry of Health, represented by the Medical Licensing Department and the Drug Inspection Department. Following approval from the relevant authorities, the physician was apprehended, and legal and administrative measures were taken against her, with her case referred to the competent authorities.
