Kuwait Youth Team concludes training ahead of tomorrow's match against Japan
Our national youth (under-20) football team concluded its training sessions today in Cambodia, in preparation for tomorrow’s Monday match against Japan at 12:00 p.m. Kuwait time, which marks the start of Group 7 in the qualifiers for the Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in China next year.
Croatian coach Verdo Milin, manager of the “Blue Youth” squad, is using today’s training session to outline the tactical ideas he intends to implement tomorrow against Japan. He has recently increased the intensity of tactical drills following a lengthy preparation phase that included three training camps in Kuwait, the Netherlands, and Thailand, before the team moved to Cambodia, which is hosting the Group 7 round-robin stage.
Our national team will face Yemen next Thursday at the same time, and will conclude its group stage matches with a game against hosts Cambodia on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
