Kafr al-Qasim honors his solidarity guest... with a hat-trick
Kazma defeated their guest, Al-Tadamon, 3-1 in the match held at the Friendship and Peace Stadium of Kazma Club, concluding the first round of the Zain League Premier Division. The “Orange” side raised their tally to three points, while Al-Tadamon remained without any points.
Kazma dominated the first half in terms of possession and control. Their players repeatedly squandered easy chances, benefiting from their absolute superiority only by scoring a single goal. The goal came after several well-considered passes, finished by Shuaib Al-Khalidi with a powerful shot to the right of Al-Tadamon’s goalkeeper, Dawood Al-Khalidi (19’).
On the other side, Al-Tadamon relied on a tight defensive organization to minimize the damage in the first half. They allowed their opponents to roam freely across the pitch, depending on the solidity of their defensive quartet—Sultan Al-Ajmi, Fawaz Al-Khalidi, Mohammed Al-Alwan, and Mohammed Al-Sharifi—backed by goalkeeper Dawood Al-Khalidi. From a counterattack in stoppage time, Al-Tadamon earned a legitimate penalty, awarded by international referee Abdullah Jumaily, which their Brazilian striker, Marlon Santos, converted (45+5’), sending them into the break level at 1-1.
Pressure from the “Orange” side intensified at the start of the second half. Egyptian Mohamed Anwar hit the left post with a shot, but Senegalese player Amath Ndao cleared it powerfully into the roof of the net, scoring Kazma’s second goal (52’). Shuaib Al-Khalidi came close to adding a third, but Al-Tadamon’s goalkeeper Dawood Al-Khalidi thwarted his attempt (54’). The “Orange” continued their efforts to score a third goal to secure the three points, capitalizing on Al-Tadamon’s offensive stagnation. Their Brazilian striker, Patrick Robinson, finally delivered, firing alone into the left side of goalkeeper Al-Khalidi’s net (75’). Al-Tadamon’s outstanding goalkeeper denied Senegalese player Ndao’s attempt to score a fourth, pushing it away with difficulty for a corner kick (78’). Al-Tadamon’s attack posed little threat to Kazma’s goalkeeper, Faisal Al-Subaei, throughout the second half, allowing the “Orange” to secure a deserved victory over their guests.
The match was officiated by international referee Abdullah Jumaily, who managed the game well with correct decisions and maintained close proximity to the action throughout both halves.
