Coordination website for secondary education (Arab and foreign) remains open for preference registration

Cairo – Ahmed Sabry: The Electronic Coordination Website continued yesterday to open the window for registering preferences for the phase of accepting students holding equivalent secondary certificates (Arabic and foreign), as well as certificates from the Schools of Excellence in Science and Technology (STEM) and Nile Schools. The fair geographical distribution rules stipulated in the ministerial decree regulating coordination are applied to these prior certificates, just as they are for the Egyptian secondary school certificate, according to the following text:

The Coordination Office affirmed that it applies the geographical distribution system to students holding Egyptian equivalent secondary certificates (STEM schools – Nile schools) and Arabic and foreign certificates who apply to the Coordination Office for admission to public universities and institutes, based on the student’s place of residence in the Arab Republic of Egypt as recorded on the National ID card issued before June 1 of the application year, thereby canceling any previous exceptions.

It clarified that to achieve the highest levels of organization and facilitate matters for our children, students holding equivalent certificates (Arabic and foreign), it has been decided to continue implementing the facilitations established annually, which include:

Allocating a facility at Alexandria University to receive documents from students holding Arabic and foreign equivalent certificates, located at the Girls’ University City – Ezbat Saad – Smouha, to serve residents of Alexandria and the provinces of the Lower Egypt region. Additionally, a facility at Asyut University has been allocated to receive documents from students holding Arabic and foreign equivalent certificates, located in the old building of the University Administration in Al-Walidiya, to serve residents of Asyut and the provinces of the Upper Egypt region. This is in addition to the main office located at the Blended Learning Center, Cairo University – Boys’ University City – Bena El Sarayat area, Giza.
