Al-Adwani: An-Nasr earned three crucial points in his debut

Al-Nasr coach Zahir Al-Adwani said after the victory over Al-Salmiya that the team secured three important points at the start of their campaign, which is something they worked toward since the training camp, as they knew that winning the opening match would provide a significant morale boost for the players in upcoming fixtures.

Al-Adwani noted that the performance was good compared to the first appearance against a strong opponent with distinguished administrative and technical staff, as well as local and foreign players of high caliber. He thanked everyone for this victory, including the players, the administrative and technical staff, and the board of directors, which provided all means for success before the start of the training camp.

He pointed out that what distinguishes one coach from another is their mindset; there is no difference between a national and a foreign coach, but results are what truly demonstrate the work. He emphasized that any young player who proves himself will get his chance and play with the first team, as he is keen to follow youth matches, select players, and give them opportunities to play, but the timing for their participation in matches must also be appropriate.
