Kuwaiti media personality and artist Abdullah Al-Talhi is preparing to launch a promising new season of the popular podcast “Under Zero,” which airs on the Recast platform, buoyed by the broad popular success it achieved in previous seasons. This comes with the release of a teaser for the show on social media.
Speaking to Al-Anbaa, Abdullah Al-Talhi said, “The upcoming season marks a qualitative shift in vision and content. The program moves away from the traditional model of hosting celebrities and highlighting their personal and professional milestones, and instead turns directly toward the street and the public.” He added, “Through this new direction, we aim to give individuals a space to showcase their human experiences and narrate realistic stories filled with life transformations, setbacks, and moments of difficult challenge. We promise the audience a different and powerful season, as we have pledged in previous seasons.”
“Under Zero” has already secured a prominent place in the media landscape in recent times, thanks to its unconventional dialogues with several well-known figures, revealing hidden aspects and pivotal moments in their lives that were previously unknown. This approach has resulted in building a broad and interactive audience base.
Al-Talhi seeks, through this renewed endeavor, to deliver content that is closer to and more reflective of people’s realities, through spontaneous conversations that focus on the turning points that changed the course of their lives, thereby blending human depth with a simple conversational style. The podcast is filmed by Fares Al-Monem, with Ahmed Jalal handling editing and direction. It is expected to be released weekly, with the duration of each episode determining the length of the broadcast slot.
The production team is scheduled to announce the full details of the new season and the launch date of its first episode in the coming days, amid anticipation among followers of the program to discover this dramatic shift in the trajectory of “Under Zero.”
